On January 19, 2024, Corporate Guarantee (CG) held a kick-off event to launch their going live with GENIISYS. We are excited to announce that CG is now a GENIISYS user and an official member of the GENIISYS Users Circle.

This CG – CPI partnership marks a milestone for GENIISYS with CG being the first to implement GENIISYS’ new subscription model.

In GENIISYS, CG saw the capabilities that would allow them to further improve their company’s operational efficiency, allow them to deliver exceptional service, create new product and service offerings and overall, manage their company and grow their business significantly well into the future with comprehensive and real-time information.

CG will be implementing GENIISYS Dealer’s Portal, a real-time digital facility that will give CG’s wide network of dealers the tools they need to easily issue policies on the spot and eliminate tedious back-and-forth paperwork. Dealers will be able to access policies online and more easily process renewals. All of these through a secure and easy-to-use interface that greatly enhances customer service and increases the efficiency and productivity of both the dealers and CG head office and overall widens CGs competitive edge in the markets they serve and beyond.

CG’s successful implementation of GENIISYS is just the beginning of our journey together.
