    Job Summary: Ensures the reliability and consistency of production. Develops test plans, test cases, test scripts and test reports on multiple projects. Determines, negotiate, and agree on system quality procedures, standards, and specifications. Assesses customer requirements and ensure. that these are met. Sets customer service standards, investigates and set standards for system quality. Must be willing to work closely with the Systems Analyst and Software Developers in order to develop a quality software product. Report all issues that require immediate action to the Project Manager.

    Job Qualification:

    • Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Bachelor of Science in Information Technology or any relevant field
