On February 12, 2025, Computer Professionals, Inc. (CPI) proudly hosted the GENIISYS Users Circle (GUC) Get-Together at our new office in Glaston Tower, Pasig City. This annual gathering brought together leading general insurance companies using GENIISYS, fostering collaboration, knowledge-sharing, and discussions on the future of insurance technology.

A Lunch Gathering for Meaningful Connections

This year’s event was a lunch gathering, providing a relaxed and engaging space for GUC members to reconnect and exchange insights.

The program kicked off with a welcome message from Carl Ventura, CPI’s President and CEO, followed by an insightful discussion led by Grace Miralles, CPI’s VP for Solutions and Service Delivery.

Exploring GENIISYS: Key Discussions

Grace Miralles led an in-depth session covering:

  • A recap of key GENIISYS updates and milestones from 2024
  • An in-depth look at the 2025 GENIISYS roadmap, including upcoming programs and initiatives to enhance user experience and support

The Future of GENIISYS: Software Enhancements

The highlight of this year’s event was the 2025 GENIISYS roadmap, showcasing major advancements designed to improve operational efficiency, security, and compliance.

To support seamless adaptation to system updates, version updates will now be released semi-annually, allowing clients to better plan and conduct structured testing.

Key enhancements include the introduction of workflow dashboards and event tracking for improved process visibility, enhancements to the accounts payable module to streamline financial transactions and single-click product updates for faster and more efficient product management. Additionally, the GENIISYS user interface will undergo an upgrade for a more intuitive experience, while the system’s transition to a microservices architecture to enable modular deployment, improving scalability and ease of maintenance.

Engaging Conversations: Q&A Session with Our Clients

The event wrapped up with an interactive Q&A session, where clients shared insights, experiences, and questions. This dynamic exchange reaffirmed CPI’s commitment to refining GENIISYS based on client feedback and evolving industry needs.
