What You Will Be Doing

  • Identify, document, and analyze business requirements
  • Act as liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams
  • Prepare and maintain the systems and process documentation
  • Perform technical support to users
  • User Research: Understanding user needs through research
  • Persona Development: Creating user personas
  • Wireframing and Prototyping: Designing wireframes and interactive prototypes
  • User Testing: Conducting usability testing
  • Information Architecture: Establishing the structure of digital products
  • User Flows: Designing user flows
  • Stakeholder Communication: Presenting designs to leadership and stakeholder

What We’re Looking For

  • Has at least 3 years of experience as a Systems Developer / Data Scientist
  • Has experience in gathering requirements, facilitating stakeholder engagement,
  •  conduct workshops, and collaborate with technical teams 
  • Has experience in designing and developing application systems and databases
  • Willing to accept project-based employment
  • Willing to work 5x onsite in Manila
