Premier Insurance Upgrades Their Systems to CPI’s GENIISYS Subscription!

On August 14, 2023, Premier Insurance signed a new contract for GENIISYS Subscription, kicking off the start of the project.

Premier Insurance is a long-time GENIISYS client, having used the core software since 2011 in a perpetual, on-premise model. Over time, Premier’s servers reached their end-of-life and support was difficult to obtain. Thus, Premier saw the need to move into digital technology platforms to support their core system requirements as well as to gain competitive advantage.

CPI offered Premier the opportunity to renew their GENIISYS license with the GENIISYS Subscription model. This allowed Premier to upgrade their software ensuring they received access to up-to-date technology and upfront investment savings through the subscription’s inclusion of database licenses and infrastructure set up and management. Moreover, with the new updates and add-ons to GENIISYS, Premier saw more potential to improve their business processes with an enhanced version of GENIISYS. Access to GENIISYS’ CAS Accredited Feature

As an Insurance Company, compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements such as Catastrophe Reports, BIR Submissions, and Insurance Commission reports are a must. GENIISYS’ clients are CAS (Computerized Accounting System) accredited. Thus, GENIISYS incorporates these regulatory and compliance requirements providing users with the tools to efficiently capture, process, and generate compliant documents and reports.

Enhancing Company Dynamics and Empowering Agents

In addition, Premier requested the inclusion of a popular GENIISYS add-on “Agents Portal” to empower their agents with real-time information and updates anytime and anywhere. The Agents Portal gives Premier’s agents access to business intelligence and analytics through pre-built dashboards as well as transaction inquiries on policies, claims, commissions, and more. Agents are also able to quickly and efficiently service renewals, file claims, make payments, and receive commissions. This makes coordination between Premier and its agents more seamless across various channels. In addition, the portal provides an SMS Automated facility, to notify agents on updates and next steps.

The new GENIISYS implementation is on schedule and targeted to be completed in Q1 2024.
