For over 10 years, CPI has treated its GENIISYS Users Circle to annual out-of-town summits where we engage our GENIISYS clients in a day of sharing and fun.
CPI appreciates the value of customer feedback. The annual summits provide a venue for CPI to express our thanks to our GUC clients, present the accomplishments of the previous year and outline the roadmap for the current and coming year. More importantly, the summits are a good opportunity for our GUC clients to share their ideas and suggestions for enhancing GENIISYS even more.
The summits have also given the GUC clients and CPI team the chance to strengthen our relationships with each other in an atmosphere of fun and learning. This year was no exception.
The group went on a Tour of Angono, the Philippines’ Art Capital where we took pictures with the Higantes of Angono, visited the ancestral home of National Artist Carlos “Botong” Francisco, toured Nemesio Miranda’s House of Myth and Legends and feasted on a sumptuous Filipino buffet at Balaw-Balaw, the famous restaurant started by another renowned Angono artist, the late Perdigon Vocalan.
The afternoon was spent at Luljetta’s Hanging Gardens and Spa where the main GUC Meeting was held.
CPI’s President & CEO, Elizabeth “Bebette” Ventura welcomed the GUC with a heartfelt message of appreciation.
VJ Salud, GENIISYS Project Manager presented product updates and the enhancements delivered in 2019 such as new APIs, the Bliss digital insurance platform, automated testing, compliance to various government requirements. Also presented was the roadmap for 2020 covering IFRS17 and additional digital offerings.
CPI VP, Carl Ventura and Business Development Head, Chelle Gray engaged the GUC in a lively Q&A and feedback sharing session.
Overall, it was a productive and fulfilling day and we look forward to next year’s GUC as together with our dear clients, we grow the insurance technology ecosystem and build a stronger insurance industry.
