IT Change Analyst

Technical | Project Based | Hybrid | Makati

The IT Change Analyst will help and assist the IT Change, Release, & Configuration Lead (Manager) for the facilitation and governance of the IT Change Management process, including the analysis, QA, and management of change requests affecting any non-production and production platform within Information Technology’s control. 

What You Will Be Doing

  • Day to day management of change requests (Change Requests include local and region) 
  • Ensure that Change Requests meets the Change Management requirements and ensure audit findings are addressed. 
  • Coordinate/collaborate/plan with other involved departments for any change requests and create contingency plans in the event of any incidents caused by Change Requests. 
  • Properly following the documentation, work plan, tracking errors, checking logs, and making changes to products, applications, or services correctly. 
  • Support for Production and UAT movements for Linux and Windows servers. 
  • Provides support for Developers for movements. 
  • Daily monitoring of servers, backups, webapps, and databases. 
  • Creating, analyzing, and sending of daily reports 

What We’re Looking For

  • Has at least 2-year experience as an IT Change Analyst
  • Has knowledge/experience about the CAB process
  • Has experience in code implementation (for code review)
  • Has experience in project methodologies used for plotting CAB or change review schedules
  • OK to accept Project-Based Type of Employment
  • Amenable to work 2x a week onsite in Makati

Nice to have: 

  • Has knowledge in ITIL v3/v4 Change Management (Preferably ITIL certified) 
  • Has experience handling first/second level support 
  • Has basic knowledge in database administration – Oracle, MySQL, MSSQL 
  • Has experience in Active directory (MS Windows 2003/2008/2012) administration and setup
